For close to two decades, Manisha Mistry has solidified her reputation as one of Canada’s leading health and safety professionals. In her role as Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) leader at CSA Group, Manisha oversees the organization’s HSSE efforts across 14 countries. Manisha’s portfolio of responsibilities also includes Change Management – expertise that played an integral role as she successfully led the transformation of CSA Group’s culture to being one that puts safety first. Among her many HSSE accomplishments, she led her team to achieve global, multi-site registration to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 in 2019, while also spearheading efforts to develop and offer world class safety training for employees. However, Manisha’s commitment to safety goes beyond just the physical health and safety of CSA Group employees. Today, she also spearheads CSA Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program where she focuses on bringing together stakeholders across the organization to create a safe and supportive culture for all global employees.
Manisha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science specializing in Occupational Health & Safety from Ryerson University.
