Superior Glove Works’ CoolGrip gloves are specially
constructed for use in medium to high-heat applications. The thermal properties
are the result of the glove-within-a-glove design, according to the company.
CoolGrip’s outer layer uses Kevlar fibre, adding extra heat-resistance for
comfort and protection. It offers great dexterity for a glove with heat
protection of up to 600 °F, the company says. CoolGrips’ glove-within-a-glove
design features linings of aluminized 'Heatstop' felt and leather.
