COS launches its inaugural search for the leading psychological safety policies
Canadian Occupational Safety’s inaugural 5-Star Psychological Safety is now accepting entries. Open to all organizations - the feature will recognize companies big and small based on several metrics, including policies, staff training and more.
Readers are invited to nominate their organizations by filling out an employer form detailing their various offerings and practices. Once entries close, employees from the nominated companies must complete an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several metrics.
Entries are via this online form.
Submissions will close on Friday, June 16.
The 5-Star Psychological Safety report, proudly supported by The Canadian Institute of Workplace Harassment and Violence, Women in Occupational Health and Safety Society, and Canada Safety Council, in partnership with HRD Canada and Canadian HR Reporter, will be published on Canadian Occupational Safety’s website in October.
