Chicago Faucets has expanded its Auto-Drain shower system from healthcare into a wider range of public and commercial facilities, targeting water stagnation at the point of use. The system automatically drains shower piping after each use to help reduce stagnation and associated risks from waterborne pathogens. It removes standing water from valves, pipes, and hoses without user or staff intervention. Designed for both new construction and retrofits, it is offered in configurations with fixed heads and handheld sprays, with select models meeting EPA WaterSense and ADA criteria.
