TrafFix Devices unveils a modular vehicle barrier and impact-tracking system built for major public events and venues
TrafFix Devices unveiled its Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System, designed to restrict unauthorized vehicle access to pedestrian zones near stadiums and event venues. Built from galvanized steel, the modular barrier is tested to ASTM standards with a P3 rating and can be assembled by one person in about 14 minutes.
The company also highlighted its Sentinel Impact Tracker, which mounts to guardrails and other roadside safety assets to deliver real-time impact alerts and GPS data. Both technologies target cities and contractors preparing for high-traffic events such as the FIFA World Cup and the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
