Company launches rapid-deploy vehicle mitigation barrier
TrafFix Devices has introduced the Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System, a modular steel barrier designed to prevent unauthorised vehicular access to pedestrian zones and public gatherings. Built from galvanised steel and certified to ASTM F2656 – M30/P3 standards, the system can withstand vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes travelling at 48 km/h. A single person can assemble or disassemble the unit in approximately 14 minutes, making it suitable for both planned events and emergency deployments. The system's modular design allows for configurable sizing and custom laser-etched branding.
