The Longhorn Folding Guard Arm sets up in under 15 minutes, protecting highways and railroads during conductor repair work
LineWise® has launched the Longhorn Folding Guard Arm®, an attachment for boom trucks, digger derricks and cranes designed to protect highways, railroads and other crossings during conductor installation, repair and maintenance work. The guard arm keeps the travel route clear when a conductor or pulling rope droops too low, replacing makeshift structures such as wooden poles or lumber-fitted bucket trucks that lack load ratings. It sets up in under 15 minutes, has a 1,000-pound (454 kg) load capacity, weighs 370 pounds (168 kg) and folds for transport and storage.
