Anil Nair (he/him) is an associate lawyer based in Dentons Canada LLP’s Toronto office. Anil mainly practices health and safety law, defending both large global entities and smaller local companies against charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Anil regularly works closely with clients’ senior leadership to help ensure that the highest standards of safety are met. He has spoken and presented at safety conferences and has published articles on recent safety developments and updates to case law and is able to advise clients in both Ontario and Alberta.
