Bally Ribbon Mills (BRM) has launched a line of webbing built with Kevlar EXO, a next-generation aramid fibre platform the company says improves comfort, flexibility, and wearability while retaining strength, low weight, cut resistance, and thermal performance for ballistic applications. BRM states the webbings are engineered to be 40 to 50 per cent stronger than legacy Kevlar webbing, with 15 to 40 per cent weight savings at equivalent tenacity targets. The line targets defence, aerospace, and industrial safety markets, with custom colour matching, widths, and weave designs available. BRM has manufactured technical textiles for more than 100 years.
