RealWear launches Arc 3 smart headset

RealWear has unveiled its newest smart headset, the Arc 3, alongside Ari OS, a natural language voice operating system designed to boost frontline productivity and safety across industries.

Weighing just 179 grams, the Arc 3 features a transparent double-retina display and dual-camera system, delivering higher visual clarity compared to previous models. The headset enables hands-free, voice-operated functionality, allowing workers to access data, communicate, and capture content without breaking focus—especially in environments requiring personal protective equipment (PPE).

RealWear's new Ari OS introduces natural language voice interaction, enabling users to bypass fixed voice prompts for faster and more intuitive control. The system will also be extended to other RealWear devices and licensed to third-party manufacturers, setting the stage for a unified software standard in assisted reality (AR) wearables.

Designed to serve lighter-duty sectors such as logistics, warehousing, and healthcare, the Arc 3 complements RealWear’s existing rugged models and is available via a new annual subscription model, which includes repairs, upgrades, and support.
