Load cell kit

CNC Rescue presents a compact device, the load cell kit, that is able to measure force up to 20 kN, with two sampling modes. It logs drop testing in high resolution and monitors systems. The kit is lightweight with aluminum construction that is portable for “in-line” use in rope rigging systems. The two sampling modes have different uses, “slow” is for monitoring and “fast” is for drop testing. Force can be measured in kilograms, pounds and ton-force. The cell kit also has very unique features that include Bluetooth connectivity and swivel attachment points. The latter help diminish potentially dangerous torsional and off-axis forces. An iOS App is included with every purchase of the kit. With the Enforcer App, professionals can monitor static forces remotely and record dynamic events at up to 500 samples per second. Furthermore, users can view results in a graph form and even send them off as an email attachment for further analysis.
