Siloxane removal skid protects gas engines and downstream equipment in municipal and utility applications by cutting siloxanes to undetectable levels
PSB Industries is promoting its Siloxane Removal packaged skid, a turnkey gas purification system for municipalities and utilities. Designed for wastewater plants, landfill gas recovery, and renewable natural gas production, the skid uses proprietary sacrificial media to remove siloxanes to undetectable levels, preventing damaging silica deposits in engines, turbines, burners, and pipelines. The modular system handles 50–10,000 SCFM at 20–800 psig, with optional lead-lag configuration and particulate filtration to support continuous operation. PSB positions the skid as a way to cut maintenance costs, protect downstream catalysts and membranes, and improve reliability in critical gas-processing applications.
