3M’s newest line of safety eyewear, Orange County Choppers (OCC) 1100 and 1200 Series Extreme Safety Eyewear, features motorcycle-inspired designs, high-impact lenses and solid frame construction. The company says the OCC 1100 and 1200 styles “deliver the looks, attitude and brand that workers want to wear.” OCC 1100 model has a wraparound frame with wide temples, while the OCC 1200 has lightweight, half-frame. Both models feature a polycarbonate lens that absorbs 99.9 per cent UV rays, soft and adjustable nose bridge, OCC logo on temple, and include microfibre bag/lens cleaner and lanyard. They meet ANSI Z8.1 and CSA Z94.3 high-impact requirements, the company says.
