BUFF Safety unveils new neck gaiter

There is a new product to protect your neck while working outside this fall and winter. BUFF Safety has released the Polar multifunctional neck gaiter that it says is perfect for professional use in any type of cold environment, whether outdoors or indoors.

It was made using a synthetic fibre called Primaloft, which the company says makes breathable while still providing ample heat. In fact, BUFF Safety boasts that it is up to four times warmer than traditional microfibre.

It is made from 97 percent recycled polyester that comes from plastic bottles. The company retrieves used bottles which are then cleaned and broken into small chips. The chips are processed and converted into fibres which are then woven into technical fabrics.

Not only is it sustainably made, but it’s also versatile and functionable. Thermal insulation from the Primaloft fabric helps regulate body temperature, and it can be worn in different positions for better protection or comfort depending on the situation and environment.
