The partnerships supplement COS' expertise in OHS space
COS has struck a partnership with premier organizations Canada Safety Council and Wellness Works Canada for its Best in Safety 2022 special report.
The Canada Safety Council is a non-government, not-for-profit organization dedicated to safety. The Council focuses on safety education to reduce avoidable deaths and injuries, while also supporting and promoting safety legislation.
Its mission is to lead in the effort to reduce preventable deaths, injuries, and economic loss in public and private places in the country.
Wellness Works Canada is the only Canadian not-for-profit workplace health and performance association. It provides resources, support, training, and accreditation for workplace health and wellness practitioners and employers.
It offers memberships and certifications for students, practitioners, providers, and employers.
Through these partnerships, COS hopes to supplement its expertise in the OHS space in Canada and gain more insight into the sector.
