Brady Canada, a manufacturer of safety solutions, has announced a changing of the guard at the top of its sales division in Canada.

After three and a half decades of dedicated service, Roch Graveline, the esteemed SPC national sales manager at Brady Canada, officially retired on January 1, 2024.

Roch's illustrious career began with Brady Canada in 1989, where he started as a territory manager and steadily rose through the ranks, eventually assuming the role of SPC national sales manager.

In a press release, the company says throughout Graveline’s 34-year journey he “demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and achieved remarkable sales success, earning multiple prestigious President Club Awards in recognition of his outstanding contributions. His strategic vision and unwavering commitment played a pivotal role in expanding the SPC business across Canada, even as he skillfully navigated the challenges posed by the pandemic.”

While Graveline’s retirement is met with mixed emotions at Brady Canada, the company expresses heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering dedication and wishes him and his wife a fulfilling retirement.

New leadership takes the helm

Landon Keith is now the new SPC National Sales Manager. Keith joined the Brady family in 2019 as a territory manager, “and quickly became an invaluable member of the team, says the company. “His winning attitude and exceptional performance earned him accolades such as the President Club Award in 2022.”

Keith will be based in an important market in South Alberta, with national responsibilities for the SPC Canada business. Reporting to Jamie Button, Brady Canada's country manager, the company has full confidence that Keith’s extensive experience and collaborative approach will significantly contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.

Brady Canada says it “eagerly anticipates the positive impact” that Keith will bring to the role.

With Graveline's legacy and Keith's promising leadership, Brady Canada believes it is positioned for continued growth and success in the years to come.
