Fire department, paramedics respond to major fire in Saskatchewan

Firefighters and paramedics were at the scene after a fully involved house fire in Saskatchewan resulted in injury to one person on Thursday. 

Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS) crews responded to a house fire at 900 Blk Rae St. after the fire was reported at 2:29 p.m., the Regina Fire Department said via social media platform X.

One person was injured in the incident and treated at the scene by RFPS paramedics. The injured person was later transported by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to a hospital.

Firefighters are continuing salvage and overhaul operations,” RFPS said in the X post.

The incident is currently under investigation.
